Whatever the issue...

Nearly everyone faces challenges at some time in their lives. Whether it is work stress, relationship issues, sexual problems, or worry about the future, we may need help and time to find our way. By supporting his clients in challenging times Conor facilitates movement for his clients and helps them take that first step into healing and a more contented way of being.

My approach...

Conor has a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Dublin Business School and a MSc. in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from University College Cork and Turning Point Institute.

As a humanistic, integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, Conor offers a client led approach that explores the clients’ world and the best way forward for them. With acceptance and a willingness to understand what is going on for you Conor can help you find the meaning in your experiences and better self-worth.

Conor is committed to creating an honest and real therapeutic relationship with his clients and he strives to create a therapeutic environment that facilitates growth towards the clients’ full life potential.

Conor provides a space where clients can become more aware of their feelings, experiences, beliefs, patterns of behaviour, and how these are impacting and shaping their life and their self-worth.

Emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. These are the three strands of expression that we all share. We may find that we are stuck in one strand and need guidance into a more holistic way of expression that allows us to fulfil our needs. Understanding communication and creating a strong connection to the self can facilitate movement and bring us to a more integrated place in our life.
